Seven Rules for Reputation Protection
Guy Esnouf, Communications Director, npower

December 23, 2016 by Jonathan Hemus

Crisis management webinar: 1pm, 18 January, 2017

Successful crisis management is based on rigorous planning and training, but when the heat is on, there’s simply no substitute for experience.

That’s why we’re delighted to be joined by Guy Esnouf, Communications Director at npower, for Insignia’s first crisis management webinar of 2017.

Guy began his career in politics before working in pharmaceuticals public affairs and communications with Glaxo. He then moved to the US in a number of pharmaceutical and then IT roles, including HIV litigation with Rhone Poulenc and issues management for Microsoft. He returned to the UK in 2007 and has worked for energy companies E.ON and npower since then.

According to Guy: “Managing communications in a crisis is the same as normal communications management – but more so. Everything’s heightened, exaggerated”.

Join us at 1pm on 18 January 2017 to hear Guy reveal his seven rules for successful reputation protection.
