Insignia is recruiting for talented crisis management consultants at all levels: a minimum of five years’ experience is required which must include some time in consultancy (and ideally exposure to crisis management planning, training or exercising).

A prerequisite for an Insignia consultant is alignment with our deeply held (and lived) values:

  • Trust and Respect
  • Backbone and Heart
  • Passion with Purpose
  • What else…What next…What more…

An ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and clients alike will be the foundation for your success at Insignia. We are a strong and collaborative team with exceptionally high standards, so the requirement to manage your own workload and always meet commitments is essential. A willingness to become involved in every aspect of client delivery and management is also necessary.

Successful candidates will be positive, passionate and intelligent with strong verbal and written communication skills. Clarity of thought and a constant focus on the purpose of our work is necessary to deliver the results our clients deserve.

In our virtual working environment, self-motivation and initiative are essential.

For the right candidates Insignia offers a rare opportunity to build a rewarding and meaningful career as a specialist crisis management consultant working with leaders of businesses including Cathay Pacific, Lidl, NFU Mutual and Stagecoach around the world. No two days or client programmes are the same, but you will undoubtedly be involved in developing and/or delivering our crisis management planning, training and exercising services. We are looking for more than one consultant so the nature and extent of your experience will shape the role you play.

Working in a successful business with an extremely talented and supportive consultant team enables you to develop your skills, capabilities and career as a crisis management consultant. In addition, our flat structure, an absence of office politics and continued growth provide an opportunity for candidates to play an active part in shaping Insignia’s future success.

Whilst we expect high levels of commitment, virtual working from your home office provides flexibility and the opportunity to achieve a better work/life balance compared with a traditional office-based role (and there’s no commute!).

If the opportunity to join a high calibre team at a growing consultancy which is making a real difference to its clients around the world (but without the politics or bureaucracy of a traditional working environment) appeals, please send your CV to [email protected]
